  • Migrated data from Exchange user mailboxes, primary calendars, personal contacts, public folders, shared mailboxes, resources, distribution lists, and shared contacts for all City of Boston (5,000), Boston Police Department (3,000), and Boston Public Schools (11,000) Employees
  • Defined and implemented a user adoption strategy, training approach, and change management plan to ensure successful adoption of the new platform across multiple and varied user bases
  • Enabled Google Apps Messaging applications (Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Talk) and deployed Google Drive for all 75,000 users
  • Introduced and implemented Business Transformation Initiative to drive adoption of Google Apps and increase the utility of the platform
